Noticed CEO Niall Ratcliffe found a suitably show-stopping way to mark his agency’s inclusion in Prolific North’s Independent Agencies to Watch 2025 list – by belting out Frank Sinatra’s My Way on a train before unveiling a billboard celebrating the accolade.
Ratcliffe, who co-founded the Burnley-born agency with his brother Morgan just three years ago, posted the tongue-in-cheek video on LinkedIn. It shows him crooning his way through the Sinatra classic before stepping off the train to reveal a giant billboard announcing: “noticed. – One of Prolific North’s Independent Agencies to Watch 2025.”

Sharing the video on LinkedIn, Ratcliffe reflected on the whirlwind journey from launching “a crazy idea in a spare room in Burnley” to running a 20-strong Manchester-based team trusted by clients including NHS Mersey Care, Ocean Beach Ibiza, Smart Start and Behrens.
“Since then there’s been so many ups, so many downs, and more late nights than I can count,” he wrote. “But it feels so great to finally be getting mainstream recognition for the amazing work the team has been doing. The noticed. team are the best in the business.”
The post quickly gathered traction on LinkedIn, with peers across the agency world piling in to congratulate the team – and praise the playful way they marked the occasion.
Smoking Gun social media and content manager Bronia Moszynska called it the video a “Monday morning treat”, while Prolific North managing director Alexandra Balazs called it ‘brilliant’ among a chorus of well wishers.
Noticed was among 11 agencies unveiled live on stage last week at Prolific North’s special event in Manchester, which celebrated the next wave of independent agencies shaping the future of the North’s creative economy.
