Home Group has appointed hedgehog lab to see how they can integrate technology into their housing projects.
They will also explore how to tackle the housing crisis, which is leaving an annual deficit of over 80,000 new housing constructions.
It has recently constructed Gateshead Innovation Village, where tests can take place.
