Darlington’s Harvey & Hugo has expanded its services to offer graphic design and animation.
The PR and digital agency has recently made 5 appointments across design, account management and business development.
Among the recruits are Matthew Hammond, who has joined as digital creative; and Lizzie Turner-Jones who is an account manager.

The agency has also recruited former Newsquest subeditor and journalist, Sian Ellidge; and Katie Chapel who worked for almost 15 years at Dogs Trust.
