Catherine Godsland has been promoted to managing director of the events division of Out There Events.
Marcie Incarico, who set up the business in 2001, will now focus on future direction and growth.
She said: “Catherine has been a valued, committed and supportive member of the team since 2009 and has developed into be an effective professional who is passionate about delivering excellence at all times.”
Godsland added: “I am delighted with my promotion and look forward to taking the business on to the next level.”
The Manchester company organises more than 50 events a year, owns a publishing division called Mix Media, has eight full-time staff and expects turnover to hit £1.8million this year.
