Global software firm takes 4,000 sq ft at MediaCity

Global tech business SYSPRO has taken 4,000 sq ft of newly refurbished Flex space on the 6th floor of MediaCity’s Tomorrow building.

SYSPRO’s letting follows a recent £1.2m refurbishment project of the 5th and 6th floors of the building. The refurb has already attracted strong interest, with Tomorrow building’s 5th and 6th floors now 70% let. Notably, a number of the suites were pre-let, which is a rare milestone for Flex space, and which MediaCity says highlights the current strength of demand.

Josef Al-Sibaie, chief of staff and corporate development officer at SYSPRO said: “MediaCity is a destination that perfectly aligns with our ambitions for growth and innovation as a global tech business. The Tomorrow building gives our staff a vibrant first-class working environment and a welcome setting for our customer training and collaboration needs. This move represents an exciting new chapter for SYSPRO in the UK, and we’re confident that being part of such a dynamic and creative community will support our long-term vision.”

SYSPRO is a leading global software provider for the manufacturing and distribution industries with offices on six continents. It will join a wide range of businesses relocating to MediaCity, which is now home to over 250 SMEs alongside major international names in finance, education, and the creative industries.
