Global HR and Health & Safety consultancy business Peninsula has appointed Manchester-based digital product studio Code Computerlove as its digital partner.
Code Computerlove will support the HR consultancy firm to develop its digital experiences and enhance the sales and operational processes across the organisation.
The studio will also focus on optimising customer experience across Peninsula’s self-serve platform, BrightHR. The platform enables businesses to manage a number of functions including employee data, absence, staff holidays, rotas and shifts.
Gemma Handley, Commercial Director at Code Computerlove, said: “Peninsula’s brief is an ideal fit for us, having previously created effective online and offline digital services for clients such as Hillarys Blinds, JCT600, Ombudsman Services and GC Business Growth Hub. As specialists in this sector, we are looking forward to augmenting our people around Peninsula’s in-house teams and helping the business drive a really solid product service that delivers a great customer and business outcome.”
Alastair Brown, Chief Technology Officer at BrightHR, part of the Peninsula Group, added: “Code demonstrated a clear understanding of our business and customers and were able to quickly create an exciting vision for how this might manifest within the organisation.
“We very much look forward to exploring how we might go to market rapidly with prototype experiences, learning fast from failures and applying technology at the right time.”
