Carly Stratton and Amy Lister have set up a new entertainment marketing agency at The Sharp Project.

Double Queen Digital will focus on social, digital and content creation for television production and entertainment clients.

“We chose The Sharp Project as there’s nowhere better to grow a creative business than being based around other creative souls, in an environment that encourages imagination and individuality,” explained creative director, Lister.

“Being child friendly and dog friendly, The Sharp Project was a no brainer.”

Lister was a production assistant on Coronation Street, before joining Lime Pictures in 2017 as content editor.

“Amy and I met while working at Coronation Street, where we quickly became friends and in turn found a way to follow each other to Lime Pictures, working on Hollyoaks, Celebs Go Dating and Towie. Working closely together, we realised we complimented each other’s skills. So now, as well as best friends for life, we get to be business partners too!” added Stratton, who was digital campaign manager at Lime.

Rob Page, commercial director of The Sharp Project said:

“As Manchester’s television production sector continues to grow we’re seeing a wide range of new businesses choosing the city to base themselves in, supporting all aspects of production right through to promoting shows as they go to air. Double Queen’s experience in working with such high profile clients puts them in a great position to launch their business here at The Sharp Project”
