Former IDHL Head of Strategy launches Harrogate marketing consultancy

Former IDHL Group and Epiphany Head of Strategy Mick Tilley has launched a marketing consultancy and full-service agency in Harrogate called Tried&True. 

The agency will offer services across market research, strategy consultancy, creative and content production, SEO, paid media, PR and web development.

 It launches with a five-strong team and has already won six accounts, including a duo of nationally recognised brands. Further recruitment is underway.  

Tilley said: “It’s an exciting time to be in marketing. I’ve done this for the past decade, working with some of the biggest agencies in the country and in senior in-house roles and the thing that struck me was the lack of value many clients are getting.

“Change is needed and we aren’t planning on sitting around waiting for anyone else to dictate what that looks like.

“Off-the-shelf, production-line style marketing agencies are on the way out. In a time where consumers are constantly changing their behaviour, clients are crying out for agile agencies. That’s what we’re set up to be.”
