MusicMagpie releases video to celebrate 100,000 TrustPilot reviews

MusicMagpie

Stockport’s MusicMagpie has hit 100,000 reviews on TrustPilot, and to celebrate hitting the number while maintaining its five-star rating has released a light-hearted video featuring staff reading reviews.

MusicMagpie has a TrustScore of 9.3 out of 10 – and maintained its “excellent” rating after 100,00 reviews in the ‘mobile recycling and unlocking’ category. To celebrate, they created a video featuring employees from all departments reading good and bad reviews.

One section features MusicMagpie’s CEO, Steve Oliver, reading a glowing review that says, “I would recommend them to anyone, young or old” – before revealing they’d only received one star from the reviewer.

Liam Howley, MusicMagpie CMO, said: “We’re incredibly proud to hit 100,000 reviews and we’d like to thank all of our customers who took the time to leave a review. As an online business, instilling trust is key for us, and our commitment to making our customers happy is at the heart of our company.

“Reviews give our potential customers a good insight into our service, whilst at the same time, giving us an opportunity to constantly improve, and this in turn allows us to give our customers the service they deserve. As well as achieving 100,000 reviews, we’re just as proud to say that we’ve managed to maintain our five-star rating with a TrustScore of 9.3 on the Trustpilot platform.”
