ROI Media makes further moves into Norway

Manchester-based ROI Media has made another acquisition in Norway as it seeks to become the “number one lead generation company in the Nordic region and UK.”

Digital marketing business, Effective Marketing joins for an undisclosed sum, but it will add £1.5m of annual revenue to the group.

It marks the third acquisition since BGF invested £7m into ROI in 2020 and its second in Norway, following the EUR 4.2m move for iGaming.

“On the back of BGF’s investment, we’ve been able to continue to grow our organic customer base with key hires and make a number of complementary acquisitions which has accelerated our growth,” said Robin Kaneteg, co-founder and CEO of ROI.

“Effective Marketing has built a good reputation and client base and we look forward to integrating the company into the wider business.”
