Manchester’s Cunning Plan is working with children’s app and smartphone developer, Monqi, as they launch with Tesco Mobile.
The Monqi-powered smartphone is to be stocked in all Tesco Mobile stores and is aimed at children aged between 8 and 12. It’s the only phone to be completed controlled remotely by an app on the parents’ phone.
Cunning Plan’s brief is to create a new website and develop a social media strategy that targets parents ahead of Christmas and in the New Year.
“Our exclusive deal with Tesco Mobile is a huge opportunity for us and so it’s great to be working with an agency that we know will do a great job and understands and shares Monqi’s vision of giving children the best start to their technology journey,” said Monqi founder Frederik Albretchtsen.
