CTI Digital makes senior hires

Worship’s founder and MD, Nina Mack, has been promoted to Director of Customer Experience and Acquisition at parent group, CTI Digital.

The move is one of a series of senior changes at the LDC-backed digital agency.

Mack, whose agency was acquired by CTI in 2021, will now focus on integrating the UX, Strategy, Performance Marketing, Social, Influencer and Brand Design Communications teams.

The agency has also hired 2 Sales Directors: McCann Manchester’s Business Development Director, James Tillotson; and Bethan Cawley, who’s previously held seniors roles at Culture Shift, Impact Reporting and Consilio, working with clients including Network Rail, British Library, and Places for People.

“Having recently joined CTI myself, I am putting the foundations in place now for further significant growth in 2024,” explained CTI Digital CEO, Chris Woodward, who arrived at the agency last month.

“We are on a mission to create a very deep set of capabilities that are truly connected, not siloed in individual agency brands. These strategic hires are part of a number of changes we are implementing that will allow us to be the most relevant and high performing digital partner for clients in both the UK and also international markets. I look forward to working closely with Nina, James and Bethan, all of whom will play key roles as we get ready for a very ambitious 2024.”
