CTI Digital lands Manchester Central website brief

CTI Digital, a full-service digital and marketing agency, has announced a new partnership with Manchester Central, a cornerstone events venue in the heart of the city.

The collaboration will focus on supporting and implementing ongoing improvements to the vebue’s customer-facing website, ensuring visitors receive an exceptional online experience.

The partnership will see CTI Digital providing strategic support for Manchester Central’s Drupal-based website, implementing targeted improvements to boost functionality and overall user satisfaction. This approach will ensure Manchester Central effectively engages with its audience while maintaining seamless digital operations.

“We’re delighted to partner with Manchester Central”, said Paul Green, chief commercial officer at CTI Digital. “This partnership demonstrates our commitment to supporting fantastic local businesses, with Manchester Central being a thriving venue and reputable employer in the region. We’re excited to support them on the next phase of their journey.”

We’re excited to work with CTI Digital to ensure we deliver seamless and exceptional online experiences for our clients and customers.”

The win further strengthens CTI Digital’s position in the leisure and tourism space, adding to a portfolio of successful partnerships with leading brands including Chester Zoo, De Vere Hotels, and Zip World.

Earlier this year, Manchester Central, one of the UK’s largest event venues, predicted a record-breaking 2025 in which it will welcome nearly half a million through its doors (a 13 per cent uplift on already healthy 2024 visitor numbers) contributing a forecasted £130 million into the city-region.
