Costa, Faberge and new CEO as idhl reports year of growth

Harrogate’s idhl has released its most recent accounts, showing a 2% increase in revenue, to £37.8m.

The digital agency, which also has offices in London, Manchester, Leeds and Newcastle has had a busy year, not least installing Meta VP Ben Wood as its new CEO. The last 12 months also saw the arrival of Sharon Palmer who’s already been promoted to the role of Director, Group Accounts and Client Success.

The company has also signed a number of new clients, including Costa, Faberge and Church and Dwight.

CEO, Ben Wood said they were looking ahead to further consolidation of its 9 agencies, as well as international growth in the US. It recently hired a new Director of International to set up and lead its New York office.

“idhl operates in a dynamic and exciting digital media environment and our fantastic team of experts continue to deliver the very best, impactful results for our growing client roster,” he said.

“This has translated into another year of growth and that’s testament to the fantastic team we have at idhl.  2024 is already shaping up to be an exciting year, as we consolidate all divisions, expand into new territories and continue to accelerate our growth at pace.”

Its labels, WMG, Ingenuity Digital, Equation, Statement, NetConstruct, Pinpoint, Ampersand and Conesso are coming under the idhl brand, while Fostr, which it acquired in 2021, will retain its name, due to its specialisms in fashion, beauty and luxury sectors.
