Leeds-headquartered IT recruitment specialist Corecom is targeting almost €2m turnover for its European arm as it announces further Dutch growth plans for the coming year.
Established in January 2021, and led by Corecom associate director, Leroy Watson, Corecom’s Netherlands-based European arm now has a team of five with a forecasted turnover of €1.99m by the end of 2023.
Key clients include KLM Airlines, Albert Heijn, ComCast and Shell, and Corecom’s European ambitions for 2023 including expanding the team by 150 per cent, increasing turnover to €1.99m, launching resource augmentation and consultancy services and double digit growth of its international client portfolio by the end the year.
Watson said: “We have settled well into the Netherlands and scaled rapidly, already having had the pleasure of working with some of the country’s biggest brands, including KLM Airlines and Albert Heijn. We have a wealth of expertise in the UK IT recruitment sector and have thoroughly enjoyed applying and adapting this for the nuances of the European IT recruitment market. 2023 brings ambitious growth plans for us regarding staffing, financials and service delivery and we can’t wait to see the benefits of these filter through to the Netherlands’ tech market.”
Corecom Consulting MD, Jonathan Sanderson added: “Corecom’s expansion into the Netherlands was established at an extremely volatile time for the tech sector. We were still in the throes of COVID impacts and costs were steadily rising. It was a calculated decision to launch overseas at this time and this strategy has paid off, catapulting Corecom Consulting into the European tech market. We have been delighted with how quickly we have established a solid presence in the Netherlands, which is a real testament to the skills and expertise of our wonderful team on the ground there.”
