Conversion optimisation specialist joins Code Computerlove


Amy Robinson has joined Manchester agency Code Computerlove as customer experience consultant.

Robinson moves from PRWD, and she’s previously held roles at Office Depot, Insider Media and Volkswagen.

Her remit at Code is to help bring together Code’s development, acquisition and optimisation to co-design brilliant customer experiences.

Tom Adams, Code’s head of conversion optimisation, said: “Amy’s passion and impressive knowledge of the industry is unrivalled and her arrival at Code is a real coup as she is a very well known and respected face in the industry.

“We have a strong client base, working for brands including HMV, Hillarys, and Asda, where we’re driving better commercial returns every month across a range of content and conversion services. Amy’s appointment will help us push on to the next level both in terms of helping to refine our service offering, but also to attract the right kind of relationships to the business.”

With a team of 80 people, Code is aiming for a 10% increase in turnover this year on the back of its move to the Northern Quarter area of Manchester.
