Warrington-based Ombudsman Services is continuing its “digital transformational journey” with a new partner platform for businesses.
It’s been designed and built by Code Computerlove, which was appointed as its digital partner a year ago.
The site is intended to help communications with business operating in its 4 key sectors: energy, communications, heat and private parking.
“Improving our digital capabilities lies at the heart of our organisational strategy and the launch of our new business-to-business partner platform forms part of our ongoing programme of digital transformation,” explained Jodi Hamilton, Director of Relationships at Ombudsman Services.
“Further features will be added to the partner site as we base our iterations on data-driven insight and our business customers’ requirements.
“There is increased competition in our sector, so getting ahead and staying there with regards to our digital presence is a vital element of our growth.”
The site has been created from scratch and its news and events sections can now be updated by in-house teams.
