Chester digital agency Clicky has reported a record turnover of £2.2million.

Founded by Oli Yeates in his bedroom 12 years ago, Clicky now has over 50 employees and further offices in Nottingham and London.

Its 70-strong client list includes Animal Trust, Manchester City Council, Raleigh, Sykes Holiday Cottages and the NHS.

Managing director, Sam Gadsby, said: “We’re proud to have achieved a 12th year of growth, which has always been done so organically, whilst remaining independent and without any investment.

“We attribute our success to our constant evolution, the stability of the partnerships we build with our clients and an unrivalled team of dedicated individuals and a long-standing leadership team.”

Clicky claims it was one of the first agencies in the North West to focus solely on digital.

CEO Yeates said: “We knew we were on the cutting edge when we started Clicky 12 years ago as purely digital – and we had some clients who were slow to realise that marketing was not only moving in that direction, but also of much more value to a business with the way it can instantly measure the return of investment.

“Twelve years on we are in the situation where businesses now use us as a digital partner, acting as a genuine extension of their team – from search, to websites to social. We mould ourselves around internal marketing functions to deliver the best results possible.”
