Leeds-based digital transformation agency, Calls9, has appointed two new board members.
Paul Smith is the former Chairman of Eversheds Sutherland, where’s worked for over 30 years. He led on the firm’s transatlantic merger, creating a company with in excess of $1bn in revenues.
He has been named Non-executive Director and Head of Professional Services at Calls9.
Joining him is investor and entrepreneur, Dr David Pearce, who specialises in healthcare and MedTech. He’s worked across a number of businesses across the North of England, including Synap and Mina. His new role will be Non-Executive Director and Head of Start-Ups.
