Bugler Smith founder joins STMGRP

Natalia Ashton-Togher, the founder of Bugler Smith and former Global Internal Communications Lead for Dr Martens, has joined STMGRP as its Group Client Services Director. 

In the new role, she’ll work alongside the agency’s existing board, as it continues to evolve, following the merger of Shoot the Moon Group and Delineo.

“Natalia is a strong addition to the leadership team. She will be leading from the front in this new role, and focused on unlocking the wealth of opportunities available to our clients,” explained STMGRP CEO, Phillip Marshall.

“It’s a really exciting time for Natalia to join the team, as we continue to integrate the combined talent within our relatively new Group and build a really agile Client Services function. The role this team plays in our clients’ lives is an essential part of our service. Channelling the talents of the wider team is central to the new role, and Natalia has a proven track record in this space.” 

She brings with her, more than two decades’ experience in brand strategy, campaigns, TV, digital and events for clients including Lakeland, Pets at Home, New look, Portman Dental and the NHS.  

“After the great work on the merger from Philip and the team, I’m really excited to be joining the business at this juncture,” she added.

“I’ll be getting under the skin of the agency to build our ‘centres of excellence’ so our clients can really benefit from all aspects of what we can deliver. This starts with the Client Service team and is supported by the talent in all the other areas of the agency.”
