Supermarket chain Booths has appointed York-based Zigzag Digital to implement its ongoing paid search and remarketing channels strategy to expand the brand’s online presence.
In addition, the strategy will have specific focus over key seasonal dates across the retail calendar.
Established in 1847, Booths’ founding store opened in Blackpool and now boasts 28 stores across the country and annual sales of over £260million.
Helen Clarke, retail marketing manager at Booths, said: “We were really impressed by Zigzag’s honest and fresh interpretation of our brief. They were clear and concise in their approach and we’re pleased to say this has continued since we appointed them earlier in the year.

The Booths account win marks a number of new business wins for Zigzag in the past year including well-known children’s television show Chuggington and outdoor living e-retailer specialists, Alfresia.
