Tao Digital Marketing has been appointed by the footwear firm behind the Lelli Kelly brand.
The Bolton agency will be working with Hirst Footwear, based in Oldham, to increase the online visibility of its website, as well as PR and paid social media activity.
Hirst Footwear is classed as a non-essential retail business and has faced months of closures, which has impacted turnover.
