Leeds-based, female-led marketing agency Audience has appointed Rachael Fletcher, formerly a senior manager at Rise at Seven, as strategy director.
Fletcher joins a team headed up by Chloe Byrne, who started Audience out of a passion to bring transparency into the world of marketing: “My passion is all about removing the myth that digital marketing for SMEs is a dark art,” said Byrne. “Instead, I want to set business owners on the right path to getting in front of their audiences and growing their businesses both on and offline.”
Audience is already established as a retail specialist and is now aiming to grow its team of young marketers, who have extensive knowledge in social media, SEO, PPC,content writing and more.
Fletcher said: “I’m super excited for this new chapter after being at Rise at Seven for 2 years, it’s definitely time for my next adventure. As Strategy Director at Audience, I’ll be working closely alongside Chloe to continue extending Audience’s client list while implementing an effective strategy due to a stream of growth for the agency.”
Audience won backing from Tim Whitworth, of private equity house TIM Group Holdings, last year and continues to work with the Yorkshire entrepreneur closely.
