ParkVia appoints Head of Marketing

Online parking company, ParkVia, has recruited its first Head of Marketing.

The Manchester firm, which underwent a rebrand in April, has brought in Ben Fox to lead on all digital marketing activities, focusing on online conversions and customer experience.

Fox joins from Betterbathrooms, where he was Head of Digital. Prior to that, he was Head of Marketing at Hisense UK and spent 2 years as Group Head of Acquisition at JD Sportsfashion.

“As the European leader in its field, ParkVia has a successfully established itself as an innovator in the travel industry and I’m thrilled to be joining the business at such a pivotal point of expansion,” he said.

“Pre-booked parking is enjoying significant growth internationally and it’s great to see a team from the North West leading the way across the globe.”

The company has also recruited Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) Manager, Anita Idisi and Paid Media (PPC) Manager, Chris Morris.

Idisi moves from Search Laboratory, while Morris has previously worked at Betterbathrooms and Latitude.

“As we grow and continue to respond to the ever-changing market, it was a natural progression to employ specialist marketeers into our growing head office team,” explained ParkVia’s Commercial Director, Valentina Moise.

“Ben’s proven commercial success in ecommerce makes him the perfect fit to head up our growing marketing department and together with Anita, Chris and the wider team we’re confident the collective experience we have will contribute significantly to the continued growth of ParkVia.”
