The Alliance of Independent Agencies, a community of 130 agencies that includes and represents the Alliance of Media Independents (AMI) and Alliance of Independent Founders, is partnering with Prolific North for its inaugural Top 150 Agencies ranking for 2026.
As announced earlier this year, Prolific North has merged its established Top 50 PR, Integrated and Digital agency rankings to create one flagship benchmark list: the Top 150 Agencies.
The new ranking reflects the reality of today’s market, where agencies are increasingly defined not by channel, but by their capability, creativity and commercial performance.
The Top 150, based on a combination of financial and company data, is currently being compiled by Prolific North’s long-standing independent research partner, Mustard.
Alongside the flagship ranking, which will be revealed in October, Prolific North will also introduce a series of specialist sub-lists and sector rankings drawn from the Top 150.
The partnership with the Alliance of Independent Agencies will also extend beyond the rankings, with the organisation supporting a special roundtable bringing together agency leaders from across the Top 150 to discuss the opportunities and challenges facing the sector.
