All the categories at the Prolific North Tech Awards this year

Prolific North’s Tech Awards, which celebrates the innovation emerging from the North’s thriving tech ecosystem, returns on October 27.

A live ceremony will be held at the Hilton Deansgate, Manchester, to reveal the lucky winners where the best teams, campaigns and innovations will be recognised.

There are a diverse variety of categories to choose from this year, from awards celebrating the best innovations to team and individual awards. The final entry deadline is September 11, so make sure you get your entries in.

Company/team awards include Small Tech Company of the Year, Medium Tech Company of the Year and Large Tech Company of the Year. 

There are also a number of sector specific and team awards including Rapid Growth Award, SaaS Company of the Year, Best Workplace and Tech Team of the Year. You can take a full list of the categories here.

For innovation or project awards, there are a number of options, from App of the Year to Innovation of the Year. There are categories for specific innovations including Digital Transformation of the Year, Best Fintech Innovation and more. The full list is available here.



Finally, there are also three free to enter categories this year which include the Tech for Good Award, Tech Start-up of the Year and the individual category for Tech Entrepreneur of the Year. More details about how to enter these awards can be viewed here.

There is a fair and independent two-step judging process in place for the awards with an industry-leading panel. The judges this year include Ben Tan, Creative Technologist at Google; Liz Scott, Client Engagement Director at Tech Nation; Deb Hetherington, Head of Innovation at Bruntwood SciTech – Leeds and Phil Benson, Co-Founder at UKBlackTech.
