Alchemy Media appoints Account Director

Alchemy Media has hired 3 staff, including a new Account Director from IMA-Home.

Sarah Hughes takes up the Account Director role at the Harrogate-based media planning and buying specialist.

Hughes joins from IMA-Home, where she’s spent the last 3 years, most recently as Media Planning Account Director. Prior to that Hughes was at dentsu’s iProspect and Carat.

“Alchemy enjoys an enviable reputation in our industry.  Their culture, ethos and ambition as a business really appealed to me and I’m thrilled to be a part of what’s sure to be an exciting period of growth for the business,” said Hughes, who’ll be responsible for leading strategy and trading across a key group of agency clients.

The agency has also recruited David Norris and Brad Newby as Media Assistants.
