Cheshire-based AI voice platform, Alayic, has appointed Planet Zeus to support its launch.
The Congleton team are specialists in AI, Robotic Process Automation and customer service management and have developed Alayic to be a lifelike AI voice agent for small businesses.
They say the tech has a full pre-programmed capability to handle entire customer interactions from start to finish, ensuring every call is answered and helping businesses to avoid financial losses from missed calls.
Paul Gott, Lee Parkinson and Ric Clements have previously worked with the National Innovation Centre for Data on AI and machine learning initiatives.
