Aberfield picks up hat-trick of wins as it looks to grow

Aberfield Communications has won three new manufacturing accounts and is set to recruit new staff.

The Leeds agency has will handle strategic communications for Mansfield Pollard, Wiliam Hare Group and Econ Engineering.

“All three businesses are industry leaders in their respective fields, and we’re excited to be working with them to develop strategic communication strategies which deliver tangible results and have a positive influence on their businesses,” said Ian Briggs, Director at Aberfield Communications.

“These wins follow a period of continued growth for us, and we expect to make further additions to our nine-strong team and announce other client wins as we progress through 2025.”

Briggs added that the agency was on course for a “record financial year” and had doubled the size of its team since the pandemic.

On the new client wins, Lancashire-based William Hare Group is a leader in structural steel engeering and has turned to Aberfield to raise awareness of its capabilities across the UK and beyond ahead of its 80th anniversary.

“Aberfield has in-depth experience working across the manufacturing, construction and property sectors,” explained Matthew Nesbit, Group Board Director at William Hare.

“This, matched with its insight-driven commercially focused approach, makes them ideally placed to work with us.

“Together, we’re looking forward to showcasing our projects, people and innovations within the sustainable steel landscape.”

Mansfield Pollard provides specialist air management solutions and Econ Engineering in North Yorkshire manufactures winter maintenance and highways vehicles, including the iconic yellow gritters.
