On Monday we outlined our approach to handling the coronavirus crisis and our role in getting the sector back on its feet.

The freelancer is a vital cog in the whole creative wheel, an absolutely integral part of the success enjoyed by so many agencies, companies and other organisations working in digital, marketing, tech, media and more.

From cameramen and PR consultants to writers and graphic designers, the freelancer's niche expertise and flexibility is relied upon to ensure the delivery of projects and fill resource or skills gaps when necessary.

That's why we want to do everything we can to help them to stay visible and continuing working through the current crisis.

So with effect from today, we have lifted all fees on our Freelancers directory.

For no charge, you can now create your Freelance Profile with features including:

  • Links to your social media channels
  • Your key skills to help businesses find you
  • Space to detail your experience and background
  • A slideshow to showcase your portfolio
  • A regular slot in our daily newsletter to over 26,000 professionals

We will be regularly signposting our 130,000+ readers to the freelancer section and highlighting specific freelancers through our social media channels.

We will be doing what we can to make our Freelancer hub the first port-of-call for businesses and brands looking for support over the coming weeks and months.
