13 new hires wraps 2025 at HUB

Leeds agency HUB has announced thirteen new starters as it wraps up 2025, strengthening its team across performance marketing, creative, website development and client services, during a year of record client wins and award-winning campaigns.

This growth is a direct response to growing demand from the agency’s existing client base, which includes La Redoute, CareCo, Booker, and WOW! Stuff, as well as new client wins across the year.

New work includes an award-winning debut TV campaign for Jorvik Tricycles, which won the Best Ecommerce/Retail Campaign at the 2025 Prolific North Marketing Awards, and a festive advert for Fisher-Price and Smyths Toys, following Mattel signing on as a new client in 2025.

HUB and its clients celebrated both creative and commercial success throughout the year, with Jorvik Tricycles’ campaign increasing yearly impressions for the brand by 600% and UK revenue up by 94%.

HUB was also named Full-Service Marketing Agency of the Year at the 2025 Prolific North Marketing Awards, further cementing its position as a leading integrated agency in the region.

A successful year of work wins has resulted in thirteen new hires at HUB, including a new creative director, Christian Shone, who brings a wealth of expertise in brand and campaign development. Additional new hires increase HUB’s headcount by 27%, helping drive continued growth across SEO, PPC, PR, content, design, photography, and client services.

Physical expansion has taken place, too, with HUB investing in a brand-new dedicated creative studio at its premises on Holly Park Mills. With collaboration and presentation zones, alongside leading tech capabilities, this improved space allows HUB’s creatives to deliver higher-quality campaigns more efficiently and collaboratively. This adds to HUB’s existing workspace and 15,000 sq ft production studios, which keep creative outputs, shoots, and digital expertise on one site, and sets foundations for future growth in 2026.

Rob Shaw, CEO at HUB, said: “This year, we have continued to invest in our most precious asset – our people.

“We’ve increased both the breadth and depth of our teams, recruiting both highly experienced individuals who have already enhanced our service offering, and fresh new talent that is constantly injecting new ideas and perspectives into HUB.

“We take enormous pride in building upon our foundations and our culture to ensure we are the best marketing agency and employer we can be, and 2025 has been an exceptional year in this regard.”
