Delineo wins golfing brief

Delineo-Arch-LogosmallManchester integrated agency Delineo has been appointed by The Professional Golfers’ Association (PGA) to raise awareness of its educational courses for aspiring golfers.

The PGA’s two degree programmes are run in conjunction with the University of Birmingham and provide elite golfers with a route to a potential career in their sport.

Delineo has been tasked with generating greater awareness of the courses with a view to increasing the number of students applying for the courses in the future.

Chief executive, Nick Melvin said: “The PGA has a wealth of compelling content possibilities as well as a vast community of advocates that includes some of the best known golfers in the world. By reaching out to this community, we’re confident the PGA will see more elite golfers attracted to the PGA degree programmes in future.”

A suite of video and infographic-based content has been developed and is being shared through social media channels and promoted via PPC and online display activity.

Delineo claims that after just six weeks of the campaign the PPC activity had generated a 53% increase in new visitors to the PGA’s site.
