Weber Shandwick’s Manchester office has appointed Liz Larvin to lead its corporate team.
Larvin joins from Citypress, where she had been an account director, and was previously press and communications manager for the British Chambers of Commerce in London. She also had spells at Fishburn Hedges and Cognito.
Overall she has over nine years’ experience in corporate PR, and has worked with companies including Lloyds Banking Group, British Gas, BT and HSBC.

She will work alongside Jon McLeod, who acts as special advisor to the Manchester corporate team, and will help drive the new property, energy and regeneration practice.
Larvin will also grow Weber Shandwick Manchester’s financial services team in partnership with Jess Wilkinson, who has been promoted to account director.
