Business affairs and commercial consultancy firm, Rights.tv is opening an office at MediaCityUK in Salford.
Part of the Compact Media Group, its new northern base will be headed by Jane Hyndman, the former head of legal affairs at etv and Disney/Sony joint venture, Europe Movieco Partners.

Jane has an incredible range of experience and I’m really pleased that she is now part of our expanding team of expert advisors,” stated Andrew Baker, managing director of Rights.tv.
It already works alongside North West companies including Factory Transmedia, Studio Distract, Mackinnon and Saunders and Nine Lives Media. It also represented the Yorkshire Content Fund on its investment into Peaky Blinders (BBC/Tiger).
The new office will be in the Greenhouse.
