Steve Henry, Ponderosa Managing Director, said: "The appointment of Jon is such an exciting phase in the agency’s development. His wealth of experience working for one of the big Global networks, on both national and international brands, will give us a new and exciting perspective for all our clients. We can’t wait to see the impact Jon will have across the entire business.”

Workman added: "Moving up from London is a major professional and personal move for me and I was determined to find an agency that would match my ambition.

"From the moment I met the senior team at the agency, and heard of their vision and plans for growth, I knew it would be a perfect home for me.
