Manchester employee experience agency Powered By Humans has started the new year with new client wins from BT Digital and Flutter UK&I.
Founded just last year, Powered By Humans is part of The Smyle Group of creative and experiential agencies which has offices in Manchester, London, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, and Los Angeles. It has already delivered projects for HSBC, Shelter, Wella, and Planet.
The new wins with BT Digital and Flutter UK&I demonstrate how large organisations are taking internal communications and overall employee experience more seriously.
The agency will support BT Digital’s teams with strategic and creative services to create a robust long-term program and content to embed new leadership initiatives throughout 2024.
For Flutter UK&I, whose brands include Paddy Power, Tombola, and Betfair, Powered By Humans will provide strategy, communications and creative support to deliver a senior leadership event as the business rolls out its ambitious plans across the group.
