Yorkshire agency relaunches as it moves beyond PR into insight and AI-led services

Yorkshire-based agency Unify has relaunched the business with a new positioning, brand identity and a series of client wins, as it expands beyond traditional PR.

Unify PR & Marketing said the move sees it reposition as a strategic communications partner built around insight, data and emerging technology.

Founded in 2019, the Halifax-based agency has built a client base across sectors including housewares, food, construction and health. It is now broadening its offer with new services in social listening and AI visibility.

The shift reflects a wider change in how communications campaigns are planned and delivered, with a growing focus on understanding audience behaviour and how decisions are shaped across different platforms.

As part of the relaunch, Unify said its social listening offer analyses large volumes of conversations to understand consumer behaviour, while its AI visibility service focuses on how brands appear across platforms including ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity.

The agency has also introduced a new brand identity, developed in partnership with Lobster Consultants.

Alongside the relaunch, Unify has secured a number of new clients, including Ritter Sport UK, LSA International and Swiss interiors brand Milola. They join an existing client roster including Salter, Beldray, OXO, Hultafors, Kilner, Mason Cash and Viners.

Emma Leonard, Founder and Managing Director of Unify, said: “The industry has changed massively over the last few years, and so have we. PR alone is no longer enough. Brands need to understand what their customers are saying, what they’re asking, and how decisions are being shaped across multiple platforms.

“This relaunch is about bringing everything together, insight, PR, digital and influence, into one joined-up approach that delivers real impact.

“We’re incredibly proud of how far we’ve come, the clients we work with, and the brilliant team behind Unify. This next chapter is about going even further for our clients and helping them stay ahead in a fast-changing landscape.”

Unify said it will continue to deliver services across consumer, trade and corporate PR, influencer marketing, digital PR, social media and events, supported by a greater focus on data and audience insight.

The repositioning comes as agencies place increasing emphasis on insight, search intent and AI-driven discovery in communications strategies.
