Harry Styles finally confirms £20 Co-op Live gig as fans crash the website within minutes

After weeks of will he, won’t he speculation, Harry Styles is playing a one-off show at Manchester’s Co-op Live – just days after performing at the BRIT Awards at the same venue.

The singer announced on Instagram that he will play “One Night Only” at Co-op Live on 6 March, marking the release of his fourth album, Kiss All The Time. Disco Occasionally., with tickets priced at £20.

The announcement follows a period of intense fan interest around whether Manchester would feature in Styles’ plans, after he revealed his new album and tour dates, which notably excluded the city, despite his status as a shareholder in Co-op Live. That omission prompted widespread speculation about a possible hometown appearance.

Those rumours gained further momentum when it was announced that Styles would perform at the BRIT Awards on 28 February, being held at Co-op Live — his first appearance at the ceremony since 2023, when he took home four awards. Today’s announcement appears to confirm that Manchester was always part of the plan.

The Co-op Live arena’s website crashed shortly after the news broke, displaying a message stating: “We are currently experiencing a high level of traffic on our website.”

The venue said tickets would be made available via a “request process” running from Friday to Sunday “to ensure tickets go to fans”, advising people to follow Styles’ social channels or visit his website for updates.

Styles’ poster-style Instagram announcement promised a “special performance of the album”, with the date and venue listed alongside the £20 ticket price.

The 31-year-old, from Holmes Chapel in Cheshire, is set to launch his Together Together world tour in May, with dates confirmed in Amsterdam, Wembley Stadium, São Paulo, Mexico City, New York, Melbourne and Sydney. He recently added two more dates to his Wembley residency, taking the run to a record-breaking 12 nights.

Some fans had previously expressed disappointment at ticket prices for the Wembley shows, where regular seats range from £44.10 to £466.25 — making the £20 Manchester show a notable contrast.

Styles, who rose to fame with One Direction, will now take to the Co-op Live stage twice in just over a week, cementing Manchester’s place in his 2026 plans after months of uncertainty.
