Future Group, the York-headquartered marketing group, has acquired the award-winning London-HQ’d PR and Social agency, Alfred.
The latest acquisition brings Alfred’s 13 years of communications and digital marketing experience into Future Group’s portfolio of agencies across data, design and performance. Together, the group is well positioned to deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions for a diverse roster of global brand clients as the Future Group continues its expansion beyond Yorkshire and the wider North.
Founded in 2018 by York-based CEO, Lyndon Nicholson, Future Group has expanded through organic growth and acquisitions. Alongside Alfred, the group comprises four other agencies: Future Present (presentation design), Future Perform (go-to-market strategy), DayDot (conversion rate optimisation) and TODL (web development).
Future Group was selected as Alfred’s new home following a competitive process. As part of the transaction, Alfred’s existing clients and full team of employees have transitioned to Future Group. The Alfred team has relocated to Future Group’s King’s Cross base to integrate with new group colleagues. Future Group also operates offices in York and Brighton.
