The Reach team is very communicative, helpful and understanding to our needs and requirements as a team. The team and their skills set have expanded over the last couple of years and they have done this in response to customer needs. They have always been willing to take our calls and book in time over Teams/on-site to take us through new changes and explorations. They have always been willing to take our calls and book in time over Teams/on-site to take us through new changes and explorations.

The Reach team has been incredible with understanding our needs and requirements. The latest addition of importing and exporting colleagues takes away the mundane task of individually inputting leavers and new starters information and now allows us to bulk export or import this information directly from our planning and onsite recruitment team. In turn this reduces the risk of human error and provides a faster update of the database and training information across sites.

I really enjoy working with Reach and I really appreciate your approach and patience with us as I know I have a lot of “last” requests for the amount of data transactions. I think the Reach team have more than adequate skills and expertise to fulfil our requests and I can see that they are trying them out before confirming it’s complete and also asking for feedback to check if we have any issues. Reach’s communication and explanation of new and existing services is really clear and straightforward.
