Black Mirror launches official merch store for Black Friday with IV Creative leading design and production

IV Creative has been chosen to lead design, production and fulfilment for the newly launched official Black Mirror merchandise store, as Banijay Rights unveils a multi-year partnership timed to go live on Black Friday.

The deal will see the agency create and manage a new ecommerce platform and merchandise line for the Netflix hit, which returned for its seventh series in April. IV Creative – best known for its work on Coca-Cola’s ‘Share-a-Coke’ campaign – will design the full range, produce and store stock, handle shipping, and oversee customer services.

The first drop includes hoodies, T-shirts, hats and posters drawing on the show’s dystopian visual style, with the online store also built to reflect Black Mirror’s signature glitch-heavy aesthetic. Banijay Rights said future releases will feature new designs, limited-edition pieces and products themed around fan-favourite episodes.

Josephine Ogundero, Sales Manager for Licensing and Merchandising at Banijay Rights, said the partnership will give fans “a new way to engage with the brand beyond the screen,” and praised IV Creative’s role in bringing the series “to life” through merchandise.

Lincolnshire-based IV Creative CEO Amy Lennox added: “Using our state-of-the-art printing capabilities, we’ve been able to create detailed designs with vibrant colours and special finishes that stay true to the show’s identity.”

The official Black Mirror store goes live on 28 November, with products available for UK fans from Black Friday onwards.

Black Mirror, created by Charlie Brooker, is produced by Broke & Bones for Netflix, with executive producers Brooker, Jessica Rhoades and Annabel Jones. Banijay Rights represents ancillary rights for the franchise worldwide.
