Finelight Group has acquired Crosby Associates Media in a move that significantly expands its footprint across the UK’s B2B media sector.
The company, described as one of the UK’s fastest-growing B2B media and events groups, has bought the long-established publisher and communications business, which brings more than 25 years of experience serving the Housing, Building & Construction sectors, as well as trade federations, chambers of commerce and professional membership organisations nationwide.
Warrington-based Crosby Associates Media adds more than 30 established media and event brands to Finelight’s portfolio, alongside a monthly readership of over 400,000. Its capabilities span print and digital media, events, video, and bespoke contract publishing for membership bodies, an area Finelight says will play a key role in its expansion.
Finelight said the deal accelerates its long-term strategy to build a diversified, high-quality media and events platform serving specialist industries. By combining the two businesses, the Group aims to strengthen its national reach in the Housing, Construction and Built Environment sectors, expand its membership communications offer, grow multi-channel opportunities, and enhance its audience and data depth across core professional markets.
