This morning, Aldi has released the latest episode in its Kevin the Carrot Christmas campaign.
The McCann Manchester creation follows Kevin the Carrot and his bride-to-be, Katie, as they both take on very different stag and hen parties.
“We’re excited to share the next episode of our Christmas advert, which is sure to bring a smile to faces, as Kevin and Katie the Carrot go on their iconic stag and hen parties. It’s filled with hilarious moments, as well as Christmas spirit and a sprinkle of mischief!” said Kyrsten Halley, Marketing Director at Aldi UK.
Airing from today, the media planning and buying was managed by Starcom, which has also delivered cinema placements ahead of Zootropolis 2 and Wicked 2, plus a Hello! front page cover and a “papped” feature in New! as well as advertorials in magazines Closer, Heat and Bella and social media features.

McCann’s Content Studios in Manchester meanwhile are creating “leaked” messages, images and voice notes from Kevin’s stag do group chat which will be used across Aldi’s social channels.
