Former ANS tech and strategy chief joins exited founder at Godel

Godel Technologies has appointed Joe Wolski as chief technology officer. The strategic move is aimed at supporting the company’s growth and innovation in AI and reflects its commitment to advancing digital engineering.

Wolski brings a wealth of experience from senior positions, including technical director, chief technology officer, and chief strategy officer at ANS Group, and can expect to see some familiar faces at Godel. ANS founder of Scott Fletcher established Godel back in 2010, selling his former company ANS in 2021. Godel also turned to Fletcher’s former firm to appoint CEO Gareth Ainsworth, formerly ANS’ group sales director, in March 2024.

Wolski will also offer valuable perspective, gained through selective non-executive and advisory positions with leading technology companies across Europe. His proven technical expertise and strategic leadership will be instrumental in supporting Godel’s ongoing growth in digital engineering and artificial intelligence. Furthermore, his appointment underscores Godel’s commitment to advancing technological excellence within the industry.

As CTO, Wolski will focus on driving the company’s digital and AI strategy, and enhancing the technical capabilities required to help Godel’s global customers navigate the rapidly evolving technology landscape.
