Manchester Fashion Week (MFW) will return this September with a three-day programme at Campfield, the city’s newly reworked creative and tech hub.
From 9th–11th September, Upper Campfield and Campfield Studios will host runway shows, panels, parties, trade events and pop-up boutiques, with organisers expecting around 2,000 attendees over the three days. The event marks MFW’s first return in a decade, with themes focused on heritage, health and wellness, and tech and innovation.
Tanya Grady, Executive Director at Campfield, said: “Our partnership with Manchester Fashion Week is rooted in celebrating Manchester’s impressive creative heritage and spotlighting the city’s upcoming talent.

“The theme of tech and innovation at this year’s event reflects Campfield’s core values. The campus was designed to give the region’s most innovative creative and tech businesses space to thrive, talent room to grow, and collaboration the chance to flourish. We look forward to seeing this vision come to life at the show, with our Exchange accelerator participants actively involved in activities and conversations.”
Gemma Gratton, Executive Producer of MFW, added: “We wanted a venue partner who shared our vision of combining industrial heritage with cutting-edge innovation, and Campfield delivers exactly that, not only providing a unique space for an immersive catwalk event, but also actively supporting Manchester’s creative and tech community.”
Reimagined earlier this year by developer Allied London and now operated by Department, Campfield offers more than 130,000 sq ft of workspace.
Campfield’s redevelopment was supported by Manchester City Council’s Culture in the City initiative, aimed at reinvigorating historic buildings and building infrastructure for long-term growth.
