Almost four years after working with the Bolton-based retailer on its brand identity, 10 Associates devised the ‘Go’ Grad Scheme which was launched at Manchester’s graduate fair.
The West Yorkshire agency led on strategically building the brand story to appeal to graduates looking to work for an “innovative, forward-thinking company”, educating them about AO, the scheme and the company’s working culture.
VR technology was used at the fair to give graduates a taste of what the working environment is like at AO.
10 is also working closely with AO to build an Employee Engagement brand platform to help strengthen the business culture and values as it expands across the UK and Europe.
To complement the initiatives, 10 Associates has developed a mini lifestyle brochure for product despatch and use at lifestyle exhibitions, pushing the small appliances available at AO.com.
