Running an agency leaves little time to focus on the bigger picture.
Between client work, managing teams and chasing new business, it’s easy to spend every day working in the business rather than on it.
That’s the thinking behind Prolific Agency Labs – a three-part programme designed to help agency leaders step back from the day-to-day and focus on sustainable growth. Delivered in partnership with agency growth expert Chris Attewell, each full-day workshop tackles a different aspect of building a stronger, more resilient agency.
Here’s what you can expect from each session.
Lab 1: Foundations
24 September | 9:00am
The first workshop is all about creating a clear direction for your agency.
You’ll explore where your business is heading, define a proposition that helps you stand out in a competitive market and develop an innovation roadmap to support future growth.
Topics include:
- Vision – where are we actually going?
- Proposition – why should anyone care? (and how to stop being “just another agency”)
- Building an innovation roadmap
Lab 2: The Engine
22 October | 9:00am
Growth isn’t just about winning new clients – it’s about building a business that keeps moving.
This session focuses on strengthening client retention while creating a sustainable approach to new business development, helping agencies build a healthier pipeline for the future.
Topics include:
- Retaining your best clients
- Building a sustainable new business pipeline
Lab 3: The Money & The People
19 November | 9:00am
The final workshop looks at two areas that underpin every successful agency: profitability and people.
You’ll identify where profit is leaking from the business, improve operational efficiency and explore how to create a culture that attracts and retains the talent needed to grow.
Topics include:
- Operations and finance – finding and fixing profit leaks
- Culture – creating a place where great people want to work
Time to work on your agency
Agency Labs has been created for founders and senior agency leaders who want to step away from the daily demands of running a business and focus on what comes next.
Across three practical workshops, you’ll leave with new ideas, actionable plans and the confidence to make meaningful changes that support long-term growth.
Places are limited, with the first workshop taking place on 24 September.
