Trio of senior hires for expanding Manchester agency

Manchester performance marketing agency Embryo has announced the appointment of three new senior team members as the agency targets growth, including expanding its service offering to include a new suite of CRM as a service options for clients.

James Guérin has joined the team as chief commercial officer (CCO), bringing a wealth of experience in commercial strategy and business development. Guérin joins the team from Clicky, where he played a key role in driving commercial performance.

Claire Zulu has been appointed as head of CRM, leading the launch of Embryo’s new CRM offering, designed to help clients better understand and retain their customers through data, automation, and integrated customer journeys. Zulu brings extensive experience from her time at IDHL.

Also joining the leadership team is Sarah Dillon, who steps into the role of client services director. With years of experience in client delivery, integrated multi-channel strategies, and account management, Sarah will be pivotal in elevating Embryo’s client experience. She joins us with a strong background from both IDHL and Wavemaker.
