TMC acquires Calvin Marketing

TMC Strategic Communications in Cheshire, has acquired PR and social media agency, Calvin Marketing.

The deal will bring the combined agency headcount to more than 50.

“Joining TMC is an incredible opportunity for us and one which provides us all with new avenues for professional growth,” said Diana Stephenson, who set up Calvin Marketing 29 years ago.

“Our combined expertise will enable us to offer enhanced marketing and creative solutions to our clients. I am looking forward to leading the PR division at TMC, expanding into new sectors and continuing to deliver exceptional results.”

Stephenson will join TMC as its Managing Director of PR.

TMC was set up almost 20 years ago by Tim and Jan McCloud, working in healthcare, science, technology and manufacturing sectors. Calvin, meanwhile works with Gascoigne Halman and Home Instead, the largest home care company in the UK, alongside franchise, property and pharma clients.
