THG Ingenuity signs North America deal with L’Oréal luxury brands

Ingenuity, the complete commerce division of THG plc, has signed a deal with beauty leader L’Oréal to manage the Direct-To-Consumer (DTC) activities for two of its luxury division brands in North America.

The agreement will leverage Ingenuity’s complete commerce solution of Technology, Operations and Marketing to power Direct-To-Consumer growth of L’Oréal brands Shu Uemura Art of Beauty in the USA and Canada, and Biotherm in the USA. L’Oréal will benefit from core platform features built for the beauty consumer including sampling, loyalty and subscriptions. The rollout is expected to complete in 2023.
